One of the topic that sparked interest in me recently is the concept of being magnetic. Not only the side of manifest and similar concepts. But to create depth in my life and become truly magnetic to everything I want. And hobbies as one of the ways really caught my interest.
What is being magnetic?
It is a kind of manifestation, it is attracting what you want in life. It also is building what you want in life, and stick to it. It is a state of mind. With a calm nerve system, living a selective life, a mind that is lively and full of creativity.
Live your life like you are building it, not waiting to be chosen.

Three types of hobbies for magnetic mindset
We are busy women in action everyday, some may think I don’t have time for like ten hobbies. But you just need three to start making yourself magnetic.
One for the nerve system
One for the mind
One for lifestyle
That’s it.
But doomscrolling never get in the list. So stop it and use the time for beneficial hobbies.
List of hobbies that do the trick
These are not expensive hobbies, but easily help you create depth in your personalities and lifestyle. Not just for social media aesthetic, but for giving your life texture.
For the nerve system
Anything that can be done repetitively with your hands or legs. That Simple.
- Running and walking without your phone and podcast. Just let your body move and let your mind wonder.
- Slow streching / yoga / pilates. Just let your mind slow down between every breath in and out
- Play music instruments. Good for your mind, calming if playing something familiar, challenging if learning something new.
- Cooking
- Knitting
- Garderning
All good for your nerve system and allow it to slow down. Do any of those above attentively, and you will start to feel less anxiety and stress almost immediately.
If you also want to benefit your body, walk or do yoga. If you feel stuck and want to accomplish something in life, start with music or DIY whatever by babysteps. I tried both directions when I have deep depression and anxiety, they are lifesavers.
For the mind
Anything that can let you think.
- Read and actual book
- Learn a new language
- Writing
- Study subjects like history, psychology, philosophy with actual paper and pen note
- Film watching as a thinker
- Learn or play chess
God I love all the items above, but the main point is always the thinking. Think slow and deep, create your own insight and change in your life. Not just collecting thoughts but actually implementing them in life, that is what makes you magnetic.

Live a life with texture, not for social media but for yourself
- Cafe time with books, deep read in a third space for new inspiration
- Observe people
- Self talk at a bookstore
- Learn to style yourself as art
- Learn to live with poise and manners
This is what makes your life feel sparkling and have a chance to meet the people that suit your energy. Create a social circle that grows with you.
